How To Start With The Process Builder
From Setup —->> Build—->> Create —–>> Approvals & Workflow —->> Process Builder
For creating a new process, click on new. You will see a popup, here you need to fill up the name, classification and the process begins when the selection has 3 values
- A platform event occurs
- A record changes
- Another process invokes it
- Select any of the option given above and hit on save button.
For starting the process, hit on the option of “add an object,” and you will be displayed with a page that you have to choose the object & begin the process selections.
In the “Advanced option,” choose yes if you wish to permit the process to assess a record many times in a specific transaction.
Subsequently, you need to add criteria for the process evaluation. Hit on the add criteria, fill up the name of the criteria, choose the selections under criteria for the action execution,
